Independent Centers (Single Sited)
We are excited to announce three upcoming live training sessions for Independent Centers scheduled for March, April, and May. Additionally, we will be hosting weekly Live Q&A sessions throughout these months.
Note: While you are required to attend at least one training session, you are welcome to participate in all of them if you wish.

FAQs
KidKare’s software gives childcare providers and food program Sponsors reliable and trustworthy software to keep them compliant and simplify their day-to-day activities. KidKare replaces food program paperwork with point of service meal counts, claim calculations and audit checks to minimize errors and disallowances.
No. Your state has made the investment in the software on your behalf. Your access to the platform, training and support is covered by the state agency.
The state contract begins 10/1/2024. You will no longer receive an invoice for food program software after 10/1. However, any outstanding invoices prior to 10/1 are the responsibility of the Sponsor.
In an effort to streamline the program, all food program recordkeeping will take place in KidKare. In order to participate in the food program in Oklahoma, your Sponsorship and sites covered will need to mark meals and attendance in KidKare and process claims through the software. The homepage has outlined the timeline for your program type to fully utilize the software.
We will work with the KidKare team to ensure that every program participant has the tools needed to fully master the software. This will include live trainings, webinars, videos to learn at your own pace and written materials. Whatever your learning style is, KidKare’s team has developed a system that will best support you.
